If you would like to make an appointment to see
Dr. Vallings please follow the instructions below:

You must obtain a referral from your doctor as appointments will not be accepted without a referral. Your doctor can either mail/fax or send the referral electronically (see contact). Sending the referral electronically is the preferred method as it is the most secure –only your doctor can do this if he has the right medical software.
Upon receipt of your doctor’s referral and your email contact, we will book your appointment and send you an email confirmation of your appointment.
Please arrive promptly for your appointment as Dr. Vallings has only a limited allocated time to spend with you and has a lengthy waiting list.
Bring with you at the consultation (a) a copy of a referral letter from your doctor (b) copies of recent blood tests, x-ray reports etc (c) completed medical information form.
